Processing of Personal Data and Data Protection

Envira GmbH takes all necessary administrative and technical measures to protect our customers’ data and ensure compliance with legal requirements.     In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), your personal data are processed by Envira GmbH as the data controller, within the scope described below.

    • To request information regarding processed personal data,
    • To learn the purpose of processing and whether data are used accordingly,
    • To learn the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
    • To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
    • To request the correction or deletion of inaccurate data and notification of such actions to third parties to whom data have been transferred,
    • To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing cease to exist, and notification of these actions to third parties,
    • To object to decisions made solely through automated systems if they have adverse effects on you,
    • To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data.

Our company will evaluate and respond to your request as soon as possible and within no later than 30 (thirty) days, free of charge depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process incurs additional costs, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Authority.
